Here I worked on an annually renewable contract as a Lighting Engineer for the Students’ Union.  This consisted of designing and programming lighting rigs to organising events with 2,500 capacity and working with some of the biggest names in the music industry.

OWW is a week designed to express the cultural diversity of the University by producing culturally oriented events day and night for a week during the year.  Both years I was involved in the overall organisation and co-ordination of the event, and both times it was a tremendous success.

                                        Interests:                                  I have an intense interest in the integration of information technology tools within a working environment.  This includes the problem solving which is inevitable when IT is introduced to personnel without prior experience.

                                                                                                                        I also have an interest in managing human resources.  This can be on a small scale, such as the several events I have helped coordinate, or on a larger scale as is present within most large organizations.

                                        Future Plans:                            I am in the final year of a three-year joint honours course in Computer and Business Studies at the University of Warwick.  After sufficient experience I intend to expand my horizons by extending my training through further training courses such as MCSEs or an MBA course.
